He asked for sweet potatoes... I made him some a few weeks back, just simple grilled sweet potatoes. I prefer to use Japanese sweet potato (satsuma imo), it has a texture that I am more used to growing up. I find that potatoes that I find in the regular grocery stores are slightly more watery... in contrast, satsuma imo is drier... hard to explain, bottom line it is just a personal preference =3

Rice served with a side of sweet potatoes, greens and bulgogi pork.
