Today is one of those days. It has been a while since I made yakisoba... I think hubz doesn't like it, although he seems to think otherwise. I guess in some ways a cook always knows what the person he/she cooks for like right? Even though they don't admit it.
Me, I love noodles of any shape and size. In fact, my graduate work was on noodle processing and quality~ If I have to pick a fav I think it would have to be thick alkaline noodles. It has a pretty distinct taste and some may be turned off by it, not me. Perhaps when hubz goes on his business trip next time I try to make some for myself... =3
